Mad Men Eco Celeb Takes the Bus. Do You?

Wanna travel like the rich and famous? Get a bus pass. No, really. Mad Men actor Vincent Kartheiser is a devoted bus rider despite all his recent success (cough, money). In a place where no car means you’re a loser and there is valet everywhere you look, Kartheiser stands out Hollywood … and he’s not a loser. He spends the time doing crosswords or reading his lines and Kartheiser loves that his life slows down a little bit on the way to work. He’s not even tempted to drive because Kartheiser doesn’t even own a vehicle. But that’s just the start of his eco lifestyle, Kartheiser lives a rather modest eco lifestyle in a single-room apartment where his bed is airlifted to the ceiling to maximize space and sliding doors that hide the bathroom. That deserves a round of applause.
