Greenista reader and good friend, The Wynk sent me a great recommendation for reusing old clothes. This super easy instructional video from Threadbanger shows you how to “skirt your scarf”. You can use a large scarf from the thrift store or your own closet, and turn it into a fantastic gathered skirt. All you need is a large scarf, scissors, matching thread, an elastic band and a sewing machine. If anyone decides to try this, please send us photos. We’d love to see the result!
