Pregnancy Paranoia: Introduction

As a person who has been into organic living, natural living, yoga, alternative health, spas, exercise, detoxing, juicing, and optimum health, I’ve been doing a lot of research on how to have a healthy, organic pregnancy.  I’ve been reading, talking to doctors, going to detox spas, etc. over the last year to get healthy and strong, before pregnancy.  I’d like to discuss what I’ve done so far, what I plan to do, and eventually what happens during my pregnancy and what works and doesn’t work.
